Frequently Asked Questions
do you provide refunds?
No, but you can cancel or amend sessions at any time through our booking system. Our 72-hour cancellation policy means you’ll get credit if you do so at least three days In advance. Any cancellations or amendments that fall within the 72-hour time frame will still be charged.
Do you accept tax-free childcare and voucher payments?
Yes we do.
where should I collect my child?
From the school office where you can ring the bell and also call a member of sporting champs staff to make them aware of your arrival for collection.

What is the process if I want to make a complaint?
We at Sporting champs believes that children and parents are entitled to expect a high quality childcare service. If you don’t feel like this is being met then we want to know. Complaints can be sent directly to sportingchampsuk@gmail.com. We aim to address all complaints within 72 hours of receipt of complaint.
